I want to personally thank Genzyme, Lifetime Fitness,
Dr. Gerald & Marta Schulman, and Mike and Dawn
Michaels along with several others for helping The
Shad Ireland Foundation to write its very first
fitness grant. Together we are making history and
helping David to realize his dream of playing basketball
for Chaska High School.
I want to personally thank all of the staff at the
Davita dialysis center in St. Louis Park Minnesota
for being the first to purchase the IronShad t-shirt.
Your purchases directly contributed the realization
of David's fitness grant and allowed the foundation
to provide a second fitness grant for a yong man
who also receives dialysis at the University of
